Is seeking a full-time HR Assistant/General Office Assistant to work alongside our Human Resource team.
Candidate will be responsible for reviewing recruitments and providing oversight of the recruitments process along with other HR responsibilities.
Candidate will be trained on several software packages including HR and proprietary database programs therefore computer expectance will be required.
Candidate will have direct contact with all staff members requiring the candidate to possess excellent interpersonal skills and a warm demeanor.
The office atmosphere at times will be operating at a fast pace so multitasking abilities are a must.
Routine Clerical Duties are required.
Seeking a candidate with 4 years' experience in a similar seeking or will be willing to train the right candidate that has the ambition to learn.
A 4-year college degree is a plus.
