Join our team as the administrator of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), where you will spearhead the optimization efforts to refine and elevate our recruitment processes.
Your responsibilities will entail managing the ATS to ensure seamless operation, encompassing tasks such as installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrades of applications, systems, and modules.
Collaborating closely with leadership, you will identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements, offering valuable recommendations and implementing effective solutions.
Additionally, your experience as a high-volume recruiter will support sourcing and recruiting activities as needed.
This role is pivotal in driving efficiency and effectiveness in our talent acquisition endeavors.

Manage permissions, access, and system settings for ATS users, ensuring personalized and secure operations.
Create job descriptions utilizing AI and Hiring Insights to identify job titles and posts that will attract jobseekers.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to users.
Develop custom functions and documentation, including automated queries, templates, and reports, to enhance system functionality.
Compile data reports, summaries, and logs for leadership, facilitating informed decision-making.
Maintain awareness of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology, driving continuous improvement.
Assist with sourcing and recruiting as needed.
Perform additional duties as required to support the team and achieve organizational objectives.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
A minimum of three years' experience in HRIS system management, including proficiency in Indeed and LinkedIn platforms.
Ability to create training material and conduct training sessions to end-users on ATS functionality and best practices.
High volume recruiting experience.
Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities with meticulous diligence.
Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors.
Metric driven mindset with the ability to successfully recruit on corporate and high-volume positions.
Possesses expertise in industry best practices within recruitment and talent acquisition.
Proficient in utilizing various job boards and aggregators, adept at interpreting backend analytics to discern best practices.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and technical aptitude with the ability to use other Microsoft products, including Teams and Bookings.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Proficient in communication and people skills to efficiently execute client and management requirements.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
