The Comfort Suites Brunswick hotel is centrally located in Medina County between Cleveland and Akron, giving access to the best of all three locations.
Your
Responsibilities:
Your responsibility is to make each guest feel welcomed when they enter the hotel.
You will oversee the check-in and check-out experience is timely and a simple process for every guest.
Listening for and responding to guest complaints.
Light cleaning of the front desk and lobby area.
Assisting in other departments as needed.
