Job Description - Night Auditor About the hotel:
The Comfort Suites Brunswick hotel is centrally located in Medina County between Cleveland and Akron, giving access to the best of all three locations.
Your
Responsibilities:
The Night Auditor is responsible for balancing and auditing the accuracy of room revenue, food and beverage revenue, cashier's reports, guest and house accounts, and telephone revenue.
This position will also assist with the preparation of all reports relevant to daily revenues.
Duties include completing and transmitting accounting reports and supporting documents.
The night auditor will act as the hotel system liaison during night hours, assist in booking room reservations, answering hotel phone calls, and notifying guests of messages.

11pm to 7amGreets and assists all guests during arrival and departureProvides courteous guest services by responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests, and complaintsProcesses all reservations and cancellation requests in a timely manner by mail, telephone, fax, or in personExcellent communication skills both verbal and non-verbalWilling to go above and beyond for our guests and have a professional, positive attitudePhone and computer skillsAbility to work overnight on a full-time basisPrevious cash handling experience preferredSetting and tearing down meeting spaceAbout Nivea Hospitality:
